An organised team for the days that matter
Talk Events is an event planning and coordination company based in Maitama, Abuja. Led by our founder, Pauline Okoye, and a team of seven, we plan and run weddings, corporate events and celebrations across the city, built around one promise: your plan, perfectly executed.
Every event has a lot of moving parts: venues, vendors, guests, timings and money. Our job is to hold all of it together, so that you make the decisions that matter and leave the chasing, checking and coordinating to us.
We work in the open. You see the plan as it comes together, you approve what goes ahead, and on the day the person running the room is someone you already know.
Our founder
Pauline Okoye

Talk Events was founded by Pauline Okoye, who has spent more than 12 years in the events industry. In that time she has planned and coordinated weddings, celebrations and corporate occasions alongside some of the best-known names in the business, including Qmara Vie Planners and Blue Velvet.
That experience shapes how Talk Events works: a clear plan agreed early, vendors who know exactly what is expected of them, and a calm, well-briefed team on the day. Pauline leads a team of seven who share that approach and stay with each client from the first conversation to the final clear-down.
Pauline is also the CEO of Premier Chilling Services, which provides cooling and drinks services for events. It means the details guests notice most, a cold drink served on time among them, are handled by people we know and trust.
